Terms and Conditions for Mummies Using the Platform

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions set forth an agreement ("Agreement") between parents ("Nannies") with potential parents. By joining, you agree to these terms, which govern your use of the platform.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, a lawborn resident, and a parent/legal guardian of the child(ren) needing care.
  • Parents provide current identification, registration (e.g., ID, work permits, references, qualifications).
  • Parents are responsible for verification of childcare providers' work eligibility.

3. Profile Integrity

  • Profile integrity: Maintain truthful information, update promptly if changes occur.
  • Parents verify Nanny qualifications, experience, certifications (e.g., CPR, childcare, statutory declarations, tests).
  • Employment Checks: Confirm background, education, references (character, criminal records). The platform deals not with licenses.
  • Parents check personal documentation of childcare providers.
  • Mission: Communicate professionally, no harassment, discrimination, or exploitation.

4. Prohibited Content

  • Terms Compliance: You are solely responsible for deals with the childcare providers, outside The platform is not an employer or agent.
  • Direct Referrals: No references to third-party agencies without official consent from our end.

5. Payment Terms

  • Platform Fees: We operate charges on the discussed services.
  • Arrange payments mutually directly with the Nanny and take full responsibility for payment disputes.

6. Platform Fees

  • Provide accurate information, types, or illegal content.
  • Discriminate based on race, religion, gender.
  • Make false claims against childcare providers.
  • Implement use of platform unnecessarily.

7. Disclaimer

  • IP, Guarantee: The platform does not endorse job candidates remotely (quality, rate of your own risk).
  • Indemnify the platform against claims from disputes arising from your arrangement with childcare.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Arbitration Process to resolve issues with service providers first.
  • Agreement to resolve disputes through arbitration or escalation to local authorities.
  • The platform may suspend/terminate accounts for breaches of these terms.
  • You may terminate your account at any time.

9. Termination

  • Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
  • Governed by Service: Our Service subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Federal Courts.
  • Your data is protected per our Privacy Policy and the Data Protection Act 2018.

10. Amendments

  • Terms which constitute your agreements.
  • Failure to enforce a provision does not equate to waiver.
  • Notify us of policy/amendments for queries.
